- You call us out only once in any two years, or
- You call us out again and we don’t arrive within the hour to the breakdown scene

We have a network of 1,200 recovery operators spread throughout the UK. This means that over 5,500 vehicles are available to ensure fast, efficient service wherever you are. So, whichever way you look at it, we offer car breakdown cover you can depend upon.
05. Is there any age limit on cars covered by Autonational Rescue’s breakdown services?
No, our 24-hour, 365 days per year car breakdown cover is available to all motorists with a full UK driving licence.
06. I've got two cars - do I get a discount on the second?
Yes, second cars based at the same address attract a 50% price reduction. And if you haven’t had a car breakdown in the last 12 months, you will receive a 25% introductory no claims discount!
07. Do you provide legal assistance?
No, many people already have this cover with their Motor Insurance and we concentrate on providing a low cost, efficient car breakdown service.
08. Can anyone drive my car?
Yes. Our breakdown cover is vehicle based so it’s the car that’s covered, not the person. All legal drivers of the specified car will be covered by Autonational Rescue.
09. Can I customise the level of cover according to what I need?
Yes, Autonational Rescue offers you a wide variety of options to choose from. Our basic car breakdown cover is Roadside SuperService and you can add on any other services you need, ranging from vehicle recovery to any UK destination, home breakdowns, emergency travel or accommodation and caravan cover. We also offer an all-inclusive package with all the Autonational Rescue car breakdown services that represents better value for our customers.
10. Do you provide priority to drivers in vulnerable situations?
Yes, and as an additional security measure we can let you know the name of the car/vehicle recovery operator which will attend the breakdown.
11. What happens if I break down on the motorway?
Emergency telephones are located every mile. You will get straight through to the motorway police who will ask you for breakdown details.
12. Can I join immediately?
Yes, you can join Autonational Rescue online using our secure online application. Cover commences from midnight on the day we receive your application unless you specify a later date.
